‘Youth is when you're allowed to stay up late on New Year's Eve...’ - Bill Vaughn
We all know how crazy quick this year went through and all of us have lots and lots to share. All those experiences, new feelings, new people, new places, new jobs and what not. Here are some bits and pieces of my 2015, some funny, some emotional, some loving and some drunk and in love moments.
Yes, I met my best friend after ages, and then my new job or should I say I was going for the interview…Wooohoooooo! Goodness gracious! All did go well and here I am, working at the same place, with wonderful people all around me.
And then there is Blue, the black Labrador who we adopted in the same month. That little boy is a wild family member who rocks our world and yeah, not to forget all the ruined cushions and broken vases, hmmm never mind. And then at the airport, with aunty.
Some more of family time, weddings and lunch, all that makes us happy to be together. After all, the family is a haven in a heartless world.
And thank you for a house full of people I love. Amen.
Ah look at us all happy and having fun around amongst colleagues that I call friends. While some days we stayed back a little late at the office to decorate for some special events, there were days we just went off to some nice places in nature for some pictures you know. And yes, not to forget the starving mornings when we had to rush to McDonald’s to fill those large gaps in our stomach.
And here’s one time when we thought we might dress up Goth to better see the blood moon. Did not work.
Then came the Halloween, and yes, the Goth effect wasn’t wiping off any soon.
They say, the highest happiness on earth is marriage.
Here’s one wonderful evening at a colleague’s wedding; Zo and Bell’s wedding.
‘The bride and groom — May their joys be as bright as the morning, and their sorrows but shadows that fade in the sunlight of love.’
Happy faces and happiness everywhere…..sprinklesssss….
And then the rest of the days, we were amongst friends - call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family. Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one. Spending your time in nature and staying out till sundown is one of the best decisions to make.
O, money can't buy the delights of the glen,

When we're folded within Nature's arms! – James Rigg
I wouldn’t call it the last set of snaps, but here’s to new beginnings and more love. 2015 has given me a lot to cherish and I am looking forward to all of them positively.
Cheers to a new year and
another chance for us to get it right.
